VROMON is a travel ticketing search engine website. We only sell Bus, Launch, Hotel, and Flight tickets on behalf of third party/ travel operators. We do not allocate a number of tickets and are not responsible for withdrawing any tickets or discontinuation of a third party’s service.

VROMON hosts content, including prices, made available by or obtained from Travel Providers. VROMON is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such content. We will only show information about tickets and journeys based on what information we get from the operators.

If you make a booking through Our Website for Travel, that booking is made with the Travel Provider named on the booking page and Our Website only acts as a user interface.

You may only use and register to become a user of Our Website/ App.

General Information:

By booking a reservation or boarding the Ship, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Reservation:

  1. All bookings/ reservations are subject to availability and must be made through vromon-bd.com or Vromon App or directly from the Madhumoti River Cruise or from the Buriganga River View Restaurant. 
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking, and the full payment must be made before the departure date. (only applicable for private or corporate booking)
  • Cancellation policies and fees apply. [*/ Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. /* ]

Fare condition:

For any extra passenger (5 years or above) over cabin capacity will have to pay additional 1500 BDT (including VAT) per person.  

NID/Passport/ID Card and Travel Documents:

  1. Passengers MUST bring and show their original NID/ Passport/ Driving License/Employee/valid Student ID (which has been used to book the ticket) to collect the room key/seat.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are up to date and comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities.

Health and Medical:

  1. Passengers must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to travel or require special assistance.
  • The cruise line reserves the right to deny boarding or disembark passengers who pose a health or safety risk to themselves or others.

Onboard Conduct and Safety:

  1. Passengers are expected to behave responsibly, respect the rights of others, and comply with all instructions and safety regulations given by the Ship’s crew.
  • Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions that may endanger the Ship, its crew, or other passengers are strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers must follow safety protocols, including attending mandatory safety drills and familiarizing themselves with emergency procedures.
  • No food items from outside are allowed on board.

Itinerary Changes and Delays:

  1. The Madhumoti River Cruise reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary, or embarkation/disembarkation points at any time due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
  • The Madhumoti River Cruise will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refund in such situations but is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by passengers.

Liability and Responsibility:

  1. The Madhumoti River Cruise is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or delay to passengers’ personal belongings, unless caused by the cruise line’s negligence.
  • Passengers are responsible for their safety, belongings, and actions while on board the Ship or during shore excursions (if applicable).

Disembarkation:

  1. Passengers must comply with the designated disembarkation procedures and timelines.
  • The Madhumoti River Cruise is not responsible for any costs or arrangements associated with post-cruise travel, transfers, or accommodations.

Amendments and Severability:

  1. The Madhumoti River Cruise management reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

By booking a reservation or boarding the Ship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
